Glasgow Leagues
Garrowhill retained their
position in Division 1 and finished 3rd - 2 points behind the
winners.
Lanarkshire Leagues
Garrowhill retained
their positions in Divisions 8 and 16.
Division 8 they finished in 3rd
position.
Division 16 they finished 2nd - 1 point behind
the winners.
SBA championships
Garrowhill Pairs reached the
District semi finals.
GBA championships
Garrowhill Singles and Pairs
reached the quarter finals.
LBA championships
Garrowhill Fours were beaten
in the Semi final.
The finals of NE Leagues Jubilee Trophy are being
played at Foxley Bowling Club on Sunday 13 September at 2pm.
Garrowhill are represented in the Singles by Drew Palmer and in the Pairs by
players yet to be selected. Eddie & Ross Drummond won through but are unavailable to play.
In all competitions over 80 different members
represented the Club during the season and thanks to them Garrowhill fulfilled
all its fixtures.

I would like to acknowledge the hard work and attention Alex Morrison has again put into his job as Match Secretary and also in his other roles as Monklands Secretary and Lanarkshire councillor.
Also I thank the my fellow Match Committtee members for their part in a good Garrowhill competitive season.
